How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bark
Step 1: Spread Yogurt onto Wax Paper
Line a medium (17” x 11”) baking sheet with wax paper. Spread yogurt on top of the wax paper. The yogurt should be minimum about ¼” thick. If you find that your yogurt is spread too thin in places, add a spoonful more.
Step 2: Add Toppings
Sprinkle on the strawberry, blueberry, and chocolate chips toppings. Gently press the toppings into the yogurt.
Step 3: Freeze
Freeze for 2 - 3 hours (or overnight), until the yogurt is set.
Step 4: Cut & Enjoy!
Slide the wax paper with the bark on top of it onto a cutting board and cut (or use your hands) to break it into pieces. Peel the wax paper off of the back of the bark.
How to Store Yogurt Bark
To store leftover yogurt bark, keep it in an airtight container or Ziplock bag in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Tips & Tricks for The Recipe
For thicker yogurt bark: for thicker yogurt bark, spread your yogurt into a smaller surface area or use more yogurt.
Press your toppings into the yogurt: be sure to gently press any toppings into the yogurt before freezing; otherwise they may fall off after the yogurt is frozen
Thaw before eating: let the bark sit for 1 - 2 minutes before eating so that it starts to soften
How to eat it: eat it with your fingers (you can hold it with a paper towel to help prevent getting it on your fingers) or, if it starts to melt, use a spoon/fork.
