Frozen Yogurt Bark

  • Author: Megan
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Description

Frozen Yogurt Bark is an easy, sweet treat that will remind you of an ice cream bar! It's topped with berries and chocolate chips in this recipe, but you can also add your own custom toppings (candy, sprinkles, granola, etc — see the notes below for a list of ideas).

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups vanilla greek yogurt (or any flavor (non-fat or whole milk yogurt))
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a medium (17” x 11”) baking sheet with wax paper.
  2. Spread yogurt on top of the wax paper. The yogurt should be minimum about ¼” thick. If you find that your yogurt is spread too thin in places, add a spoonful more.
  3. Sprinkle on the strawberry, blueberry, and chocolate chips toppings. Gently press the toppings into the yogurt.
  4. Freeze for 2 - 3 hours (or overnight), until the yogurt is set.
  5. Slide the wax paper with the bark on top of it onto a cutting board and cut (or use your hands) to break it into pieces. Peel the wax paper off of the back of the bark. Store in an airtight container or Ziplock bag in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different toppings for this bark! Here's a quick list of ideas: M&Ms, pretzels, shredded coconut, dried cranberries, sprinkles, almonds, bananas, raspberries, blackberries, granola, peanut butter... The possibilities are endless!
