    • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon oregano
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
