These boneless skinless air fryer chicken thighs are an easy, no-fail way to cook chicken in your air fryer. They're full of flavor and tasty like chicken fingers — super crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside.

- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oil and seasonings: paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt and black pepper. Add the chicken thighs, tossing and rubbing them with the marinade until coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F by letting it heat up for 3 minutes.
- Place the chicken into the air fryer basket in a single layer, not overlapping. Cook in batches if needed. Cook for 7 minutes, flip and cook for 8 - 12 minutes more. The exact cook time will vary based on your air fryer. Chicken should be crispy on the edges and cooked through to 165°F.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
