    Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

    These easy, 5 ingredient roasted cauliflower steaks are simple and flavorful. They're inspired by traditional 'steak' flavors, seasoned with chili powder and drizzled with BBQ sauce.

    Roasted Cauliflower Steaks Ingredients

    • 2 heads cauliflower
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • ¼ cup BBQ sauce

    How to Make Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

    ?️Step 1: Preheat the Oven

    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 

    ? Step 2: Prepare the cauliflower

    Remove any leaves & slice into ½ inch thick slices. Place the slices in one layer on the baking sheet.

    ? Step 3: Add olive oil

    Use a brush or your fingers to gently cover both sides of the steaks in oil. 

    ? Step 4: Add the seasoning

    In a small bowl, stir together the chili powder & salt. Sprinkle evenly on both sides of the steaks. 

    ? Step 5: Bake

    Bake 20 - 25 minutes, flipping halfway. The steaks should be cooked through and the edges & slightly crispy & brown. 

    ?️ Step 6: Add BBQ sauce

    Remove steaks from the oven and brush or drizzle BBQ sauce on top. Serve warm.
