- 1 ½ pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 5 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
How to Make Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Optionally, line a medium baking sheet with foil for easy clean up.
Step 2: Add to Baking Sheet
Place the brussels sprouts and garlic on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer.
Step 3: Cook & Enjoy!
Bake for 30 – 40 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking. The brussels sprouts should be tender and the outer leaves should be crispy. Depending on the size of your sprouts and personal preference, cooking time may vary. Test for doneness starting around 30 minutes.

How to cut the brussels sprouts:
