Here's what you'll need to make this recipe. The full recipe card and ingredient list can be found at the bottom of the page.
- Cream cheese
- Sour cream
- Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Cheddar cheese
- Green onions
Step 1: to a medium mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix for 1 minute with an electric mixer, until combined and smooth.
Step 2: add cheese and green onions. Stir to combine. Cover and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Step 3: Remove from fridge and place on plastic wrap. Wrap in plastic wrap and shape into a ball. If you don’t have plastic wrap, you can also shape the ball with your hands (wet them slightly first to prevent sticking).
Step 4: finely chop the pecans with a knife or food processor. Add them to a shallow bowl. Roll the cheese ball in the pecans until all sides (except for the bottom) are covered.
Step 5: refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.Print
