Korean Beef Bowls

Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil 1 lb ground beef Sauce:  4 cloves garlic 1 tbsp fresh ginger ¼ cup soy sauce  2 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp honey ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) ⅛ tsp black pepper

Stir together the sauce ingredients.

Brown the beef, undisturbed, for  1 - 2 minutes.

Cook & crumble the beef for 2 - 3 more minutes.

Pour in the sauce.

Simmer for 2 - 3 minutes, until cooked.

Serve over rice, optionally with carrots & cucumbers.
