Classic Egg Salad

Ingredients:

8 large eggs 2 green onions ⅓ cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp fresh dill 2 tsp chives 2 tsp lemon juice  ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper

Add the eggs to a pot with cold water and bring to a boil.

Turn off the heat and cover the eggs for 10 - 12 minutes.

Add the eggs to an ice bath or run them under cold water.

Peel and chop the eggs.

Add everything to a bowl.

Stir to mix.
