Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

4 slices bacon 8 cups raw broccoli ⅓ cup red onion ½ cup dried cranberries ½ cup sunflower seeds 1 ½ cup greek yogurt 3 tbsp cider vinegar 1 tbsp honey ¼ tsp garlic powder salt & pepper

Slice the bacon.

Cook the bacon until crispy.

Stir together the dressing ingredients.

Toss the dressing with the salad ingredients.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
