Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened whole milk kefir
  • ⅔ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients in a medium bowl until combined.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight. This recipe makes 1 serving, but you can double (or triple, quadruple, etc.) the recipe as needed.
