This holiday broccoli salad is a show-stopping side dish that's the perfect mix of creamy, crunchy, and sweet. It's so delicious that it will become a tradition on your table year after year.


  • 8 cups broccoli florets
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup cubed cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup red onion


  • 1 ⅓ cups mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of black pepper


  1. Mix the dressing: in a small bowl, stir together the dressing ingredients.
  2. Make the salad: add all of the salad ingredient to a large bowl, drizzle the dressing on top and toss to mix.
  3. Serve: for best flavor, refrigerate for an hour and then toss again before serving. Can also be served immediately.
