Description

This homemade green goddess dressing recipe is deliciously creamy, tangy, and flavorful. It’s a simple, versatile recipe that’s easy to adjust based on the herbs you have available.


Ingredients

1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic
¼ cup chives chopped into ½ inch pieces (or green onions)
½ cup packed fresh parsley
½ cup packed cilantro
2 tablespoons tarragon (or mint), optional
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender or the bowl of a food processor. Pulse and then blend until smooth. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if needed, until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
  2. Store the dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
