- 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl and stir until combined.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes and then stir again to break up any clumps.
- Store in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. This recipe makes 2 servings but you can double or triple it as needed.
Notes
- Sweetener: you can use maple syrup, honey, or your preferred sweetener. Add more or less depending on how sweet you want your pudding.
- Greek yogurt: whole milk plain Greek yogurt is recommended for creaminess, but you can use any type or flavor of Greek yogurt
