Greek Yogurt Chia Pudding

Description

Indulge in a spoonful of creamy goodness with this tasty Greek yogurt chia pudding! It's a delicious mix of nutrient-rich chia seeds and Greek yogurt for added protein and probiotics.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl and stir until combined.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes and then stir again to break up any clumps.
  3. Store in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. This recipe makes 2 servings but you can double or triple it as needed.

Notes

  • Sweetener: you can use maple syrup, honey, or your preferred sweetener. Add more or less depending on how sweet you want your pudding. 
  • Greek yogurt: whole milk plain Greek yogurt is recommended for creaminess, but you can use any type or flavor of Greek yogurt
