This is an easy fruit salad with the BEST simple honey lime dressing. Not only does it look stunning (it's rainbow-themed!) but the dressing makes the flavors even brighter, fresher, and fruitier.


  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 3 clementines, peeled
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 3 small mangos, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups purple grapes, halved
  • 2 cups raspberries


  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest (from about 2 limes)


  1. In a small bowl, make the dressing by stirring together the honey, lime juice and lime zest.
  2. Add all of the fruit to a large bowl. Drizzle the dressing on top and toss to combine.
  3. Enjoy! Store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 - 4 days.
