Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
- Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form meatballs that are about 1” wide. Place the meatballs on the baking sheet so that they are not touching.
