Roasted Cauliflower Steaks
These easy, 5 ingredient roasted cauliflower steaks are simple & flavorful. They're inspired by traditional 'steak' flavors, sprinkled with chili powder & drizzled with BBQ sauce.

Servings: 4 servings
- 2 heads cauliflower
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the cauliflower: remove any leaves & slice into ½ inch thick slices. Place the slices in one layer on the baking sheet.
Add olive oil: use a brush or your fingers to gently cover both sides of the steaks in oil.
Add the seasoning: in a small bowl, stir together the chili powder & salt. Sprinkle evenly on both sides of the steaks.
Bake: bake 20 - 25 minutes, flipping halfway. The steaks should be cooked through and the edges & slightly crispy & brown.
Add BBQ sauce: remove steaks from the oven and brush or drizzle BBQ sauce on top. Serve warm.
