Healthy Cookie Dough Bites

These healthy cookie dough bites are as close as it gets to the real thing while using more wholesome ingredients. This recipe is no bake, loaded with chocolate chips, and perfect if you're craving a sweet, bite-sized snack!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup tahini
  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, stir together all of the ingredients except for the almond flour and chocolate chips. 
  • Stir in ¾ cup of the almond flour. Let the mixing bowl chill in the freezer for 5 minutes to allow the dough to thicken. 
  • Stir in the remaining almond flour if needed to reach a dough consistency. Your dough should be moist and able to be formed into balls. 
  • Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion out about 1 tablespoon of dough. Use your hands to gently roll it into a ball. Place it on a plate lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all of the dough has been used up. 
  • Freeze the bites for 15 minutes to allow them to firm up. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
