Boil the potatoes for 30 minutes.
Make the oat & pecan crumble topping.
Mash the potatoes with the vegan butter.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Spread the potatoes in a 9" x 13" dish.
Add the topping to the potatoes. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
