Steak Salad

Ingredients:

Salad: 1 pound steak  6 cups lettuce 1 avocado 1 pint tomatoes 1 cup cucumber ⅓ cup feta ⅓ cup pepitas ⅓ cup red onion Dressing: ½ cup olive oil ¼ cup balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoons honey 2 teaspoons dijon Salt & pepper

Cook the steak over medium high heat for 3 - 5 minutes on each side.

Let the steak rest and then slice it thinly.

Mix together the dressing.

Add all of salad ingredients to a bowl.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad.

Toss to mix.
