1 ½ pounds baby red potatoes 3 tbsp olive oil 1 ½ tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried rosemary ½ tsp black pepper
Toss the potatoes with the olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt & pepper.
Place the potatoes cut side down.
Bake at 425° for 25 - 30 minutes.
