1 pound ground beef 1 pound ground pork ½ cup bread crumbs ¼ cup whole milk ¼ cup yellow onion 3 cloves garlic 2 eggs 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp salt ½ tsp pepper
Mix together all of the ingredients.
Form into balls that are about 1.5 tablespoons each.
Bake at 400°F for 16 - 20 minutes.
Optionally, add the meatballs to a skillet with sauce & serve over pasta.
