Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts
1 pound brussels sprouts 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons syrup 6 slices thick bacon ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Add bacon & brussels sprouts to baking sheet.
Drizzle with maple syrup & olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Toss to coat.
Bake at 400°F for 30 - 40 minutes.
