Leftover Turkey Salad

Ingredients:

3-4 cups leftover turkey 2 green onions 2 stalks celery ¾ cup mayonnaise ½ cup chopped pecans ½ cup dried cranberries 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp dijon mustard ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp ground pepper

Mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey and dijon together.

Add the turkey, green onions, celery, pecans & cranberries to a bowl.

Add the dressing.

Stir together until mixed.

Serve immediately or store for up to 3-4 days from when the turkey was cooked.

Can be served plain or on sandwiches, wraps or with lettuce. Enjoy!
