1 pound ground turkey 1 egg ½ cup breadcrumbs 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce 1 ½ tsp soy sauce
¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup honey 3 cloves garlic 3 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp Sriracha 1 tbsp fresh ginger 1 tbsp cornstarch
Mix together the meatball ingredients.
Form the meatballs.
Bake at 375°F for 20 - 35 minutes.
Mix together the sauce ingredients.
Pour the sauce into a skillet & bring to a boil.
Stir in 1 tbsp cornstarch & 1 tbsp water.
Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes.
Add the meatballs to the sauce.
