1 ½ lbs brussels sprouts 3 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp honey
Toss the brussels sprouts with the oil, salt and pepper.
Bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping half way.
Mix the honey and balsamic vinegar.
Toss the brussels in the mixture.
