8 eggs 2 celery ribs 2 green onions ¾ cup greek yogurt 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp fresh dill 2 tbsp lemon juice ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper
Add the eggs to a pot with cold water and bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat and cover the eggs for 10 - 12 minutes.
Add the eggs to an ice bath or run them under cold water.
Peel and chop the eggs.
Add everything to a bowl.
Stir to mix.
