Greek Salad

Ingredients:

Salad: 1 cucumber 1 green bell pepper 1 pint cherry tomatoes 8 ounces feta ½ red onion ½ cup pitted olives 2 tbsp mint (optional) Greek Dressing: ¼ cup olive oil 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tsp dried oregano ¼ tsp sea salt ⅛ tsp black pepper

Add the salad ingredients to a bowl.

Toss with the dressing.

Top with a sprinkle of oregano & a drizzle of olive oil.
