Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

2 lbs baby carrots ¼ cup honey ¼ cup butter 1 ½ tsp salt  ¼ tsp black pepper

Boil the carrots for 10 minutes. Drain.

Add butter, honey, salt and pepper to skillet. Heat for 5 minutes.

Add carrots and stir. Cook until glaze is thickened.
