1 tbsp olive oil 1 ¼ - ½ lbs sirloin steak cut into cubes (or tenderloin or rib eye) ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper 4 tbsp butter 3 tsp minced garlic
Add olive oil & steak to a skillet.
Cook for 4 - 5 minutes. Cook in batches if needed!
Stir in butter & garlic.
