Corn Salad

Ingredients:

Salad: 4 ears of corn 1 cup tomatoes  1 cup cucumber ¼ cup red onion ⅓ cup feta 3 tbsp chopped parsley Dressing: ¼ cup olive oil 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp honey ½ tsp salt Pinch of black pepper

Add the salad ingredients to a bowl.

Toss with the dressing.
