Fall Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:

For the Salad: 1 cup uncooked quinoa 1 apple 1 orange 3 green onions ½ cup dried cranberries ⅓ cup chopped pecans ¼ cup goat cheese For the Dressing: ⅓ cup olive oil 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp honey  ½ tsp dried thyme Salt & pepper, to taste

Add all of the salad ingredient to a bowl.

Drizzle the dressing on top and toss to mix.
