1 (12-22 pound) turkey 2 tbsp olive oil 1 onion 1 lemon
2 tbsp salt 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 2 tsp ground sage 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp dried rosemary 1 tsp black pepper
Add all of the seasonings to a small bowl or jar.
Stir to mix.
Rub your turkey with 2 tbsp olive oil and then with the seasonings.
Stuff turkey with lemon & onion. Tuck the wings under the body & tie the legs with twine (optional).
Roast the turkey at 350°F for 13-15 minutes per pound, until cooked through to 165°F in the breast and the thigh.
