Classic Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

6 large eggs ¼ cup mayonnaise 1 ½ tsp mustard 1 tsp white vinegar ⅛ tsp salt Pepper, to taste Chives Paprika

Bring the eggs to a boil. Turn off the heat, cover them, and let them sit 12 minutes.

Add the eggs to an ice bath or run them under cold water.

Peel & slice the eggs in half. Scoop out the yolks.

Mix the yolks with the mayo, vinegar, mustard, salt & pepper.

Stir until smooth.

Spoon or pipe the filling back into the eggs.

Optionally, garnish with paprika and chives.
