2 chicken breasts 3 c romaine lettuce 1 c red cabbage 1 c grated carrots 1 c mandarin oranges 4 green onions ¼ c cilantro
½ c olive oil ¼ c rice vinegar 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp sesame seeds ½ tsp garlic & ginger
Stir together the dressing ingredients.
Toss the chicken in half of the dressing.
Add all of the salad ingredients to a large bowl.
Drizzle the remaining dressing on top & toss.
Optionally, top with sesame seeds & wonton strips.
