Chickpea Salad

Ingredients:

Salad: 2 cans chickpeas 3 cups cucumbers 3 cups roma tomatoes ⅓ cup red onion ⅓ cup parsley ⅓ cup feta Lemon Dressing: ⅓ cup olive oil 3 tbsp red wine vinegar 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp garlic powder Salt & pepper, to taste

Add the salad ingredients to a bowl.

Toss with the dressing.
