2 chicken breasts 1 tbsp butter 1 yellow onion 2 cloves garlic 3 cups chicken broth 2 lbs potatoes 2 cups whole milk 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables ½ tsp dried thyme ½ tsp dried rosemary ½ tsp dried sage
Cook the onion & garlic.
Add broth & potatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove & blend half of the potatoes.
Add everything to the pot & stir.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
