Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil  2 chicken breasts 1 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables 1 yellow onion 2 eggs ½ tsp ground ginger ½ tsp garlic powder 4 cups cooked white rice 4 tbsp soy sauce

Cook the chicken 5 - 7 minutes.

Cook the vegetables & onion.

Add the egg & seasonings.

Add the rice & soy sauce.
