4 lbs Yukon potatoes ¾ cup whole milk 6 tbsp butter Salt & pepper
Chop the potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes. Drain.
Heat the milk & butter until hot. Pour into potatoes.
Mash the potatoes to your desired consistency.
Add more milk or butter to make the potatoes creamier.
