1 tbsp olive oil 1 lb ground turkey 1 can water chestnuts ¼ cup green onions 1 head bib lettuce
4 cloves garlic 1 tbsp fresh ginger ¼ cup soy sauce 2 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp peanut butter ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Mix together the ingredients for the sauce.
Cook & crumble the turkey for 5 - 7 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the turkey.
Simmer for 1 - 2 minutes.
Stir in the green onions & water chestnuts.
Add the filling to lettuce leaves.
