For the apples:
4 cups apples ⅓ cup maple syrup 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the topping:
¼ cup coconut oil 3 tablespoons syrup ½ teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon nutmeg ⅛ teaspoon salt 1 ½ cups oats

Toss apples in cinnamon, syrup & vanilla.
