Gluten Free Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

For the apples: 4 cups apples ⅓ cup maple syrup 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For the topping: ¼ cup coconut oil  3 tablespoons syrup ½ teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon nutmeg ⅛ teaspoon salt 1 ½ cups oats

Toss apples in cinnamon, syrup & vanilla.

Stir together coconut oil, syrup nutmeg & cinnamon.

Add oats and stir well.

Spread apples in an 8" x 8" dish.

Spread oat mix onto apples.

Bake for 40 - 45 minutes at 350°F.
